Have a problem. The chaps cannot see my key in number. On the second page it refuses my member no. They are stumped. Only thing to do the is reset it all and I sign up from scratch. Beats me and the person on the phone.
Is it just me?
I have registered twice & still get error message saying i am using an incorrect user name & password. The call centre staff are lovely but they cannot help...you have to wait for a callback from the IT guys. I will not bother calling or downloading again. In short... dont bother!
My wife had the forms ready to complete, copy the receipts, get a stamp, mail them off zzzzzzz. Instead I downloaded the app, snapped a photo of the receipt, uploaded it and saw the payment in my bank account within 2 days... too easy!
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
