In desperate need for improvement
This app won’t remember your member number or log in details and when you enter them it won’t work (even though the same ones work on the website). Advises you to call and too bad if it’s out of business hours. Creating an account comes with more challenges. The only positive of this app is that it’s simple enough to upload an image but I can’t imagine it’s much fun for the staff processing the images. The only thing worse than this app is the non-mobile responsive web version of the member account.
Good App but needs more features
Features needed
- Extras cost estimates when you put in the provider number and item numbers and cost per item number.
- Digital Card if you prefer it over the physical card
- Extra limits to be available in app so you can check what you have available
If they can include these features in the near future I will definitely give them 5 stars they need to set aside some funds to do a complete overhaul to make it easier for people to see all the information they need to see instead of always calling up to check this or that.
Just my recommendation.
