√ Always hold your phone steady
√ Remain calm and breath at a regular rate
√ Cover the entire back camera with your finger. You do not need to press hard for it to begin measuring. A light touch is all that is needed to begin the reading.

Heartify uses HealthKit to adjust health metrics, such as heart rate variability measurements, to your parameters.

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions with the following pricing and terms:
- Subscriptions are 1 week, 1 month or 12 months long
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Pretty impressive

At a second I didn’t trust this app. But when I started going everyday I had trust in it. 🙏

App is a farce, wildly inaccurate and scummy

I knew it was likely BS but downloaded out of sheer curiosity anyway. Readings were minimum 20 BPM off my true heart rate measured both by my Apple Watch and palpating my radial pulse. Subscription is scummy and will trap you in.

If you’re looking at this app just out of curiosity, don’t bother. If you’re wanting to use it as a genuine health tool, run and run hard.

Our measurements are proven to be accurate and on par with professional heart rate monitors. What's more we present users BP Diary to log their results every day and watch trends over time
