Worst banking app I have used
To refine the search function to look through banking history is near impossible on the app. The app constantly resets the dates, sometimes you don’t get the option to hit search after putting in perimeters. Filter by amount example between $200-$300 is completely ignored and will show you all transactions from $1+ I then try to log on on my laptop so I can try and refine my search properly and it’s the only website that doesn’t work with saved passwords. For this reason most of the time I will have to call up and reset the password, of course each time this happens the password has to change which makes it harder to remember. Even typing the password in won’t work if the passwords been saved. Very frustrating. And yes my app is the most up to date app

Logging in problems
Had to reinstate my account and change the password. Not only did I reset the password but I deleted the old info that was saved into my phone.
I had to uninstall the app and reinstall, once I tried logging in it would not let me log in and it said the account number or password was wrong, I did it a few more times over a couple of hours and it was still doing the same thing. I now can’t access my heritage account at all and the new card hasn’t arrived, I have to urgently pay a bill but am unable to provide the card details or log into my account. When I called to ask for my card details they would not provide my details even after I was identified.
This app is ridiculous and it’s so frustrating that u can’t simply log back into my account. And on top of that I have a late fee that’s just piling up even tho I have sufficient funds.
Still need more improvements
Used heritage bank for most of my life. And this app alone makes me want to change banks, it has only recently become a lot easier to use and aesthetically more pleasing to look at. How ever, when ever I choose to open the app, almost every day I am not prompted with Face ID LOGIN which is an option, only works 50/50 of the time, then you have to turn on the option again in the settings after using your password. This means it takes me 3 or more minutes to just check out my bank accounts which is tedious. Also would be nice to have the option to adjust scheduled transactions within the app.
