Despite me lacking many of my specific account details it was found by the support staff, very helpful.

Tried to bind my account to both my apple and Facebook accounts, it failed, couldn’t rebind it. Few days later got logged out and I lost my account, guess I’ll just find a new game.

In server I’m in top 8 player…this game can be addictive but regret ever spending thousands in the short time i played this to get to the top.
I don’t mind spending if their system for purchasing is fair and reliable …but I’m now constantly checking my bank accounts & Apple acc just to make sure they didn’t double charge or over charge me for the same items everytime.
It’s exhausting & starting to feel paranoia & anxious always having to dispute these claims because believe it or not it happens a lot!!!
It’s honestly now getting to the point that it’s not worth it!
I’ve pointed my issues out on their Discord & also Fan pages and was surprised that many other paying players experiencing similar issues.
Their support system respond time are good but honestly feels very manual and don’t think they actually understands or read your messages before trying to direct the blame on you the players.
I could keep playing without spending but no kidding it’s painfully slow & boring process…for example if you’re not at the top..you don’t win the good prizes.
Our top number 1 player in whole server wins EVERY tournament EVERYTIME because the weekly competitions is purely by team power and weak or strong don’t matter…we all compete together.
I’m leader in my Union but relinquished that position today and will leave the game completely after my latest 3 dispute.
It’s NOT worth it!!!!!

This game is another level of ridiculous. It’s basically just clicking through endless wormholes of various screens to get ‘rewards’ in order to upgrade ‘heroes’ to actually be able to progress through the levels. Will work for you if you want to drop $$$, but honestly, you may as well drop your $$$ down the toilet for all the satisfaction it’ll bring you. And if you’re looking for the ‘save the puppies’ element of this game, don’t bother - you need to progress through 40ish ‘battle’ levels before that part of the game activates (and it opens only a few levels at a time). Lots of games like this around however - lures you in with a cute and simple concept, that you can barely actually play once you download the game and instead just have “subscription packages” thrown at you from every angle. There is absolutely no point to this.
