I can’t get past the login or registration process
I am a walk organiser and registered with Heart Foundation Walking so assumed I could just login to my existing account. But no, I was rejected as unknown. So I then assumed I must register separately for the app. I tried multiple times on different days. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice. The app was very sensitive and the slightest wrong touch made it crash - throwing me back to the start screen again, and again. Registering or logging in via Facebook was not possible. It just crashed and threw me out of the app completely. Finally, I managed to make it to the end of the registration process only to find out that my email address is already registered! I give up. I can’t login and I can’t register and I can’t login via Facebook. What can I do. Very, very frustrating.
Suggestions and comments
Enjoying doing the Put Your Foot Down challenge at the moment, and I like the teams feature. However the Best Teams This Month leaderboard is a bit of a waste of space as it is obvious that the leader is only one member; it would be a better indicator to have the number of team members displayed beside the total. Or maybe a team has a minimum number of members before it can feature on the leaderboard. Also, for the app in general, is it possible to add a ‘friends’ leaderboard for extra motivation to get out walking? Cheers, SJ.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback - we're really pleased you enjoyed the challenge! We will make sure we pass all your suggestions onto the team, we are planning to make some changes and updates to the app in the future. HFW Team
Very good of you to say update but what the hell are you doing because still when I go to steps it still doesn't work so instead of sending the same automated response how about an explanation of your incompetence instead as a response It's nice to send a response but if you continually send out the same response every time to everybody it doesn't exactly put people at ease in that you'll fix it hire someone that can actually fix it in a timely manner or don't advertise it until you do fix it so people don't download it and get disappointed
I registered ok but it won't let me start the steps your IT people need to be replaced to make way for people who can do the job properly
