Garbage - save your money.

Firstly, this “application” is actually a “web app” - which is effectively a basic web browser with the URL (address) bar hidden, delivering all of its content via the Web.

And because this “web app” pulls its data from multiple sources, it leads to an inconsistent user interface... Some web pages are semi-optimised for mobile devices, others are not optimised at all, making this “application” difficult to use in some sections, and near impossible in others.

Using the “application” is also painfully slow, and I spend most of my time staring at a “loading” screen.

As someone who does not have a Facebook account, I only know of Higgins Storm Chasing by their reputation - and they have a reputation for being good at what they do... This “application” is NOT reflective of that.

Whilst Higgins Storm Chasing might have a good reputation on Facebook, this “application” is the exact opposite and if I could rate it with “0” stars, I would... Save your money and either use Facebook for your Higgins Storm Chasing fix, or just purchase a different weather application.

Great app but

I love this app and used it religiously during last years storm season as it was the only radar “will I get wet” that accurately tracked heavy rain so I could get my buckets out.

However in the last recent updates it seems the “will I get wet” radar has been removed and were sent back to the BOM site which isn’t very up to date nor predicts time of when it’s likely to hit.

I for one would be happy to pay to have access to this radar as I honestly lived by it so my house didn’t flood!!!

Disappointed, and now not supported

Well, as much as I am a fan of the FB page, I was initially surprised by the cost, then disappointed by the content. I bought the app last year and have hardly used it. Mainly because it just takes you to free content from other free webpages. I found that asking for more money on top of what really should have been a premium service (for the price) was a bit rich. Now, my phone tells me the app is no longer supported. Don't care about a refund, would have preferred a better app with more thought given, rather than this money spinner. Great FB page though.
