I'm a little much ,

HIIT and quit it !

So easy to use, I just set my times in and didn't have to touch my phone at all during my work out, and the 3 second count down beeps where really helpful.

Seriously?

Probably the worst app I've seen. So restricted in what you can do and considering all I was after was a timer to beep at me every 30 secs for 20 mins that's saying a lot.
