Why change when it’s not broken

Currently staying at a Hilton and using the digital key as I typically do. When I opened the app to use the elevator this afternoon and again this evening, I found a completely different “Stays” page and the digital key app could not find the elevator, although it could find the nearby fitness Center and it was even offering to open the door to my room. Even when I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, I also noted that the digital key could not find the main entrance to the hotel, which is secured late at night.I’m also confused as to why the app designers have found it necessary to change the previous delightful UI, especially for the “stays” page with the large bright green digital key button (which was so easy to see and did not required me to use my glasses), to a design with a very flat pastel style interface. And, while the digital key has always been a bit quirky, it is now even worse.Disappointed with this update.
Serious issues with booking and clarification

I have been experiencing serious issues ver the past three weeks making reservations on the app and website There has been at least three stays I ended up staying elsewhere due to ongoing site issues costing me a lot of time contacting hotels going through booking processes etc .I also have been provided w lot of in consistent information regarding my health status however I have been ensured this is resolved and after two stays I have already completed my target enrolment for remaining Hilton honours gold .I’d really appreciate someone to look into the booking site as it has posed some serious issues and I’ve in turn had to book other hotels after trying endlessly online .
Too many bugs and issues

I’m a gold member of Hilton, every single time I book a stay those stays do not show up in the app. When I try to add them with the confirmation number I get an error that something went wrong. When I try to use the chat to add the stay, it also can’t find it. Every time I have to contact the support team to manually add the stay. Then I get offered PAID upgrades on rooms confusingly for things I already have included in my reservation (breakfast, better view). I also get messaged from the app, log in and find no new messages and the app complaining I need to turn on notifications that are already on.Please get these fixed Hilton.
