Description
Hinfo is the digital hotel compendium that lets you access details and services for the property and local area, of which you are staying at.
Get started in three simple steps:
1. Check into a property that uses the Hinfo service.
2. Download the free Hinfo app.
3. Select the property you are staying at via the current location or search via name button.
Hinfo is a useful directory during your stay:
Amenities: View details on the property’s parking, how to use appliances in your rooms, etc.
Near Me: Discover what there is to do nearby including restaurants, supermarkets, local attractions and more.
Local Services: Have immediate access to local doctor details and more including phone numbers and directions there.
Be sure to keep Hinfo installed on your Mac after you depart the property, so all you need to do at the next property you stay at, is select the new property you are staying at, to access their information.
Hinfo is available in English, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Japanese, Malay, Hindi, Spanish, French, Korean, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Dutch, Swedish and Indonesian, which is subject to details supplied by each property.
We strongly advise that guests do not download the Hinfo app on your Mac from any 3rd party website and only download and update from the Apple App Store.

Fantastic Motel - Highly Recommend
This is a great motel, extremely comfy beds, very clean rooms, all the amenities and facilities you need, plus excellent customer service. We stayed here on our way up to the Shoalhaven Coast and also on the way back to Vic. This will now be our go to place to stay whenever we are passing through.

Doesn’t work.
App did not find the location for our hotel via location services or word search, and yes the hotel does use this app.

UPDATE: We have reviewed the property search functions in our latest app update and believe we have resolved the issue you experienced. An updated review would be appreciated.

In the meantime, we recommend searching with a shorter variant or the unique words of your hotel's name.
