Hintapp is an app for creating text cards for your speech. It could be a speech for your friends, presentation at work or at school.
Create speech notes on your Mac, iPhone or iPad. You can save your notes in iCloud. Then use your cue cards during the presentation on your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac. You can create cards in different colours. Monitor timer during the speech to be on time. Simple and elegant UI will help you focus on the presentation. Check app settings (iOS Settings -> Hintapp) to adjust Hintapp for your needs.
Write the whole speech as a set of small cards and use it as a teleprompter. Or write just short hints to help you focus on most important ideas.

Great app Just needs a few quality of life improvements
This app is going to make presentation so much easier thanks.
My only advice would be to make it possible to present while holding the phone vertically not just horizontal. I've found the phone fits better in the hand while presenting this way.
Would also be nice to swipe right to go back and left to go forward as well as the tap. Took me a minute to get used to swiping left to go back. Just to make it consistent with most things of left forward right back.
Thanks for the app though you just solved a lot of my problems.

Screen orientation - I will add an option for this in the next version if the app.
Swipe right and left - Yes, I know that now the control is not intuitive. I made it to be consistent with Apple Watch behavior. On the Watch swipe right just get you to the previous screen and exit the presentation mode. So i made swipe left to go to previous slide and tap to go to the next. But I will try to fix it. Or maybe change default behavior only on the phone.
Worth it
Given a pack of cue cards in AUS averages around $5 anyhow, I’d say the convenience of purchasing once and being able to make multiple presentations on the one app is worth it. The black background and white text is easy to read, simple to go to the next card and there’s a timer bottom right to tell you how long your presentation is. I also liked that you can save it to iCloud. If anything went wrong, I’m happy I have the info backed up. No complaints, I also couldn’t find any similar alternatives on the App Store. 🤷🏻♀️
