get the basics right! ,

Useless. Not even worth 1 star but it’s the lowest rating!

Agree with other users who have left reviews. It just doesn’t work. My iPhone just doesn’t find the tv, so trying any other features is just not possible.
Having to connect to the tv with a cable reminds me of the 1970’s before tv remotes were invented!
I can’t believe that this basic fault has not been fixed. I hope people consider the ability to cast to tv before they buy a Hisense. I wonder if this is covered under warranty?

Doesn’t connect to TV

This app is unable to find the tv/device but surprisingly other Hisense apps (that are designed only to be remote controllers...) are able to find and connect to the tv instantly!?
I’m not sure why it doesn’t connect like the other apps, but it’s disappointing to have a smart tv that is unable to support wireless screen mirroring with iPhone.
The technological push is to lessen the amount of cables, not force us to buy more...

This app is Misleading

Extremely disappointing that an app purported to be designed by/ for the tv manufacturer simply doesn’t work. I didn’t read any reviews at first as it was a manufacturers app. I wish I had, this app and its description are false and misleading representations— perhaps they need to take a closer look at the ss 19 and 29 of the Australian Consumer Law. #ACCC pls look at this.
