HND 4+

There are a few tricks to getting this to work as the instructions aren’t great.
1. charge it before you do anything else it only takes a couple of minutes
2. Download the app
3. going to your Wi-Fi settings and while you have the wand turned on and close by to your phone for the Wi-Fi starting with HND then hit connect. It took me several times for it to actually connect up and as soon as it did go back to the app and the red bar should appear.
4. Press the red bar and the camera should work.
5. the app developers really need to put some time into improving the directions. Apart from that I think it’s pretty good

Brought the ear camera and the original app worked fine. Stopped working recently so I deleted the original app to re download it to find they updated/changed the app. Got the new app and followed the instructions many times. Now it doesn’t work at all. Extremely unhappy and unable to contact the developers or get this issue sorted at all. Now I have a useless ear camera I can’t use. Developers please contact me and sort this out or you can refund me the cost of the camera.

You need to follow the English instruction manual step by step in order to set it up. I had trouble at first but then realised you needed to wifi the HND wifi and turn on the device in order for it to allow you to connect.
