Doesn’t block websites
I have had this app for 2 years. I got it so I could restrict the internet for my kids while they were studying. They were happy for it to be installed so they could stop getting distracted and wanted to be more productive with their time at their desks. However, no matter what way I try and block the basics such as Facebook, Instagram and you tube etc they are still able to access these on their laptops. I feel like it is a complete waste of money or an expensive antivirus blocker.

Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the normal behaviour of the Trend Micro Home Network Security App. Open the App, tap on Menu, from the drop-down, tap on Family, you will see a list of groups of devices, make sure your kid's computers are under one group. You can also create a new group for them. Tap on your kid's group and tap on filtering to choose from predefined profile or customize your restriction level. Hopeless
Constantly loses connection with my modem and doesn’t reconnect so I have to physically go and unplug it to reconnect. The internet is always available when it does this. The number of times I have rung support - waste of time. Will be disconnecting it. Don’t see why it can’t reconnect without being unplugged or rebooting my entire network.

Trend Micro Home Security
I have been locked out of my own WiFi, the toggle in my app settings for my iPhone is on that allows me to join. But in my iPhone’s settings my Wifi will not allow me to join. Trend Micro notification comes on and says not allowed to join.
