Absolutely amazing app

I always wanted to get in shape and always started to workout but not long after, I’d always give up. I downloaded a few apps so i could try and maintain a workout routine and out of the several apps I downloaded, this one was by far way better than any of the other apps! I haven’t had the app for too long and I’ve been doing the workouts daily and there’s already muscle growth and improvement that I’m really happy with!

If you are interested in getting in shape or what not, I highly recommend this app! Not only does it give you a good routine to follow, it also has a wide range of workouts that isolate particular muscle groups! Overall 5/5 stars, best workout app I’ve ever used!

Fantastic App

It’s a fantastic app! I needed a workout routine that would hold me accountable, be flexible with time, save travel time and costs, and still give my body the workout it needs. I’m in my last week of the full body challenge and have noticed the difference in my energy levels, my ‘get up and go’ mindset, my determination, how I perform my day in other tasks, and of course) the results. Where I find some of the movements too challenging for my level I try first and then adjust them to what I can do/ push myself to try. Highly recommend Home Workouts!!!

A very effective app/Workout friend

I have used this app for quite some time now. And the level of quality it always gives to me never fails to impress.

This app has great workouts(in both premium and normal subscriptions),however, i feel that they could add a PPL workout routine or something. also, they could probably just give the custom workout its own sub section in the dock. so it could have your custom workouts in a easier place to find

all in all, the app is pretty good
