I have been trying to make payment today but the drop down list is not working. There is no function to select the correct payee to pay to. Instead, it shows a screen with fixed list of people- no drop down selection which is worrying as i may pay to the wrong person!

I have a few loan products.The goodTransfers between linked accounts (offset/redraw) are instant.Transfers to other banks are not instant, but queued (seems to be 3pm).You can schedule BPay / bank transfers, including making them recurring. You can only choose the day not the time.The bad - poor reliability if you need instant access.Periodically you can’t log into the app, this happens at same time that you can’t log in on website.Authorising device with 2FA is up to a maximum of 30 days meaning I need to double log-in every month. I do about 15-20 transactions a month and it will pop up with an error at least once a month and I usually just wait an hour or two and try again.

Just updated the app. I had to schedule three regular bpay payments from my account. Every time I’d schedule a payment the app crashed and I had to log back in to do the next one. Separately, I just don’t understand why this company refuses to do instant Okta payments. Been waiting half a decade for that functionality! They used to always say it’s coming, but here we are…

This is great, simple and effective just like the website. Can we have a PIN setup for the next app enhancement to save users from having to put in their long password.
