Finally the app is here!

This is great, simple and effective just like the website. Can we have a PIN setup for the next app enhancement to save users from having to put in their long password.

It’s a basic banking app that let’s you do transactions

I have a few loan products.
The good

Transfers between linked accounts (offset/redraw) are instant.
Transfers to other banks are not instant, but queued (seems to be 3pm).
You can schedule BPay / bank transfers, including making them recurring. You can only choose the day not the time.

The bad - poor reliability if you need instant access.
Periodically you can’t log into the app, this happens at same time that you can’t log in on website.
Authorising device with 2FA is up to a maximum of 30 days meaning I need to double log-in every month.
I do about 15-20 transactions a month and it will pop up with an error at least once a month and I usually just wait an hour or two and try again.

Very buggy

This app is very glitchy which is not what you want in a banking app. I’ve tried to bpay a credit card payment, fill it out, hit submit, it asks me if I want to proceed or cancel, I hit proceed then it appears to be loading, then asks whether to proceed or cancel again. Not sure whether payment has gone through, no confirmation, don’t want to keep hitting proceed and make multiple payments. Won’t be using for this purpose, only to view. Disappointing because the online access has been so prehistoric for so many years. Cheap lan, cheap facilities I guess. Can’t have it all.

We’ve just released a new update which includes a bunch of improvements, and you certainly shouldn’t get this issue anymore. Please update to the new version and let us know if you run into any issues.
