Password
If you forget your password on your app there appears to be no way to reset or retrieve it. This renders the app useless especially if you acquire a new device such as a new ipad. The website link here in app store does not work for me. Honeywell have never responded to emails. The result is inability to view security cameras on devices and security cameras are rendered useless.
CCTV
Since the last update which was 11 May I have unable to dial in to the surveillance system before the 11th are used to be able to get on all the time I think the last update have really buggered everything up I need to go back to the last update not very happy with them any more I wish I could fix this problem straightaway
DISAPPOINTED IN CURRENT UPDATES
Been using this for years and had no issues. Over the past year or so when using playback recording the ability to scroll between the hour is no longer possible. Also when opening the app the cameras would be instantaneous now it takes a very long time to load.
