Try Connect the Internet it’s a waste of time so it’s best to just push the button from the on the robot without Apps not working. To me should have apps removed of website. Wasting time Can you tell sometimes it’s best to have any apps because I do not work because it says off-line and you cannot connect the apps. Why much me. If. Wifi Not Power FullEnough connection Around house need longer distance But some howspend more money wifi connection Aerials long distance around your house before it works because way way offline time why not work ing Give rate 2

Have had the app going on a couple of years and on multiple occasions it resets the map and the vacuum has to remap the entire house. Or it will be offline for some reason and not work at all, meant to be convenient but has taken up so much of my time trying to fix issues.
Maybe we need an update for the app considering the last update was 1 year ago 🙄
Love Hoover, the products are great but this app doesn’t match the Hoover quality. Very disappointing.

This app was so frustrating at first. Difficulty connecting, having to reconnect daily. Losing connection again. Until I deleted the Robot profile and installed it on my iPhone, rather than iPad. What a difference! Connection was faster, lasted longer and is a breeze to reset if you need to turn off the bot for maintenance and cleaning. So two tips. 1. If it fails to connect. Delete the profile in My Robot. Start a new one. It will still retain your Zones and history 2. Don’t even try managing your Bot on an iPad. Use a smart phone, which I would assume is what the software was developed for.
