A great adventure awaits you in the House Flipper simulator - the world of renovations! Perform interesting orders that will make you feel like a real house flipper. Meet colorful characters such as Eleonor Moore and her artistically gifted animals (whose activities will be followed by cleaning). Renovate the art connoisseur's museum, Giuseppe Clavier, and help the squat residents renovate their ruined house. House Flipper offers you various locations equipped with characteristic items.
DECORATE INTERIORS
Become an interior designer and arrange interiors according to your own ideas, using available items and a wide range of paints. Most of the items available in the game have from several to over a dozen variants, which you will unlock as you progress in the game. Learn not only their purpose but also the story behind them (background). What does a cat have to do with haiku writing? Why are the Babylonian invaders buying souvenirs there? You will find answers to more strange questions in the descriptions of over 500 items available in the game. All this in realistic 3D graphics!
GAIN EXPERIENCE
As you progress in House Flipper, you'll level up and improve your tools. Advance to the next levels to complete the tasks (quests) faster. Why hurt your hands when you can have gloves made of hardened smurf leather? Using unlocked items, you can arrange the interior of your office according to your own design. It can be stylish, but also ... A cat tree in the middle of the room? Why not? It's your idea after all!
BUY, RENEW, DECOR, SELL
You can unlock new items, buy various, though not always beautiful houses with cash and flipcoins acquired during orders. Renovate your new house and turn it into your office, or negotiate a convenient sale price at real estate agency. It doesn't matter if you clean the Trash in M5 or polish the Crimson Corner. Each of them can become your haven on the path of developing your own career in the house flipping industry or a source of additional profit.

Best game!
I rarely spend money on app games but since I’ve heard this game is better than the house flipper on computer I thought it might be worth it and it definitely was. I have sat down and played this for hours and there’s no annoying ads! If I had one suggestion, it would be maybe to for a ceiling feature in so you can make two story houses. I only say this because in my now deleted file, I bought one of those two story houses where only one part of the house overlooks the down stairs. There was no bathroom so I tried to make it somewhere downstairs but as I was reconstructing walls it wouldn’t allow me to connect certain walls because there was no ceiling above so it was disappointing because I couldn’t afford to do any clients or buy another home so I had to delete and start over.
Awesome game
This game is so much better than the house Flipper game on PC and in tendo switch. It doesn’t to through battery cover of the quality of the graphics and overall gameplay is second to none. The developers listen to what the players want. as a visually impaired person, this game is really enjoyable to play. Yes I do struggle with some of the font, but that is very small issue in the overall theme of things. I did buy the first pack but at the time didn’t have the chance to buy the second pack. It would be nice to be able to do so further down the track. The packs are fantastic value value for money and if you are someone who really dislikes in game purchases the cost of these is reasonable considering what fantastic value for money the content is.
Why do real chores when you can do virtual chores!
Games stands well against its computer counterpart. Graphics are more than acceptable and game does not chew through phone battery quickly. (iPhone 12 mini) I did pay they extra 20 $ for the standard and advanced packs for the added perks of no wait times plus extra flip coins. In my opinion this price is perfectly acceptable considering it stands well up against its computer counter part, but has the convenience of being in you’re pocket. There are extra micro transactions for flip coins but they’re not really necessary. Overall great game, and worth the couple of extra $$$ for the no wait time rewards plus a little extra.
