House Flipping Simulator is an arcade simulator game, where your main task is to renovate old and dirty houses and then sell them on a higher price! Start by buying the cheapest house and do your job! Clean the house, paint the walls and floors, add some new furniture! And then start flipping houses to become rich! Be creative and make your own house design.
In House Flipping Simulator there are so many ways how you can renovate the house. At first you have to clean the house and remove all the trash by using brush! After that you should paint walls with bolster and craft your own vision and style of the house. You can access shop by using your tablet device and by there new furniture, electronic devices and much more! In this simulator game you will learn the basics of real estate business. I absolutely adore this game, it’s straight forward and fun. I enjoy the cleaning though it does get tedious attempting to pick up every small item.
I don’t quite like some of the limitations. There’s no plumbing for me so I’m unable to adorn a bathroom in my homes. I’d love to be able to choose the layout slightly as I’ve noticed the door or archways tend to be placed quite awkwardly. Doors would be nice in some places too. The furniture is limited, I’d enjoy being able to choose a piece of furniture and choose from even 3 colours for variety as well as maybe a grid so we perfectionists are able to decide if we’d like our furniture to lock onto the grid.
The colour wheel is lacking and a lot of the colours are too saturated and it feels like a child’s painting. I’d love to see more pastel or neutral colours and maybe tiles or some sort of patterned paint.
It would also be fun to maybe have a theme we might need to follow if we choose to. Maybe say who were renovating for or at least have 1 requirement and the rest we decide.
The only other thing is the advertisements are so frequent I’m barely able to finish a room of my house without 3 advertisements popping up.
I think the game is a work in progress, but so are many great games. I’d like to see where this game will go~
WORST GAME EVER (for mobile)
deleted after 5 seconds, super laggy and when your trying to use the broom if you use another finger to move the camera the camera just points at the ceiling. Would not recommend if your on mobile
