Great App

Surprisingly effectively - great progress HSBC

Hate with a passion

I use this App for work as a bank approver. I loath using it. Up until 2 weeks ago ACH payment approvals no longer work properly on my iPhone. The App is slow to use and why, sweet Jesus, why, must I add a pin to authenticate after the App has FaceID switched on. If it were my decision, I’d move our company bank accounts to another bank. This App has been rubbish for years - I’ve only now been frustrated enough to vent.

As good as any HSBC product... rubbish.
ACH file authorisation does not show value of file for approval.
Updates load when the app is opened but if your phone auto locks after a minute and it hasn’t finished loading(which always happens as they take 1-2mins to update), it doesn’t work and you have to start all over again.
