The HSC Stress Less App has been designed for New South Wales Higher School Certificate (HSC) students to manage their stress and difficult emotions throughout this high pressure year via the use of Mindfulness Meditation. Mindfulness is the art of "intentional attention". That is simply being able to step back and observe, in a non-judgemental manner, our inner sensations and experiences. It is not religiously based and requires no previous training.
This app has been updated by Apple to use the latest Apple signing certificate.

If I press next option it's not moving to next page .. It's stuck with the first page itself .. It's not working .
This app just made me more stressed thinking about stress, and didn't do anything to help with it
