While the general features are fine, the login log out takes up the whole home screen for no reason and there’s no simple balance check without having to log in and the screen feels like there is a lot of unnecessary empty space. The login is simple but I much preferred the previous version. The layout made more sense, didn’t take up any unnecessary space, and looked better.

So I’ve been having issues with my login and organising my accounts in the order I needed, I submitted a question this morning and I have just received a phone call from a really lovely lady who was able to talk me through things. Still not 100% exactly what I wanted to achieve but I am happy I can now navigate my way through things and for that Im grateful. 5 stars given for support and the fact I love the bank too as they are always most helpful.

Unless I can be corrected, I still can’t see a statement.It would be very handy to be able to see at least a credit card statement to make a payment.

I rearrange my accounts in order of preference & they stay that way whilst the app is open. When I close it & re-open it’s back to the former un-arranged list. Yet my wife’s app remembers her rearranged list. What’s going on?Thanks for the reply. Yes, by uninstalling app then reinstalling it fixed the issue I was having. I.T Crowd wisdom!!
