With humm you can live interest free forever.
You can apply for two amounts:
- up to $2,000 for buying 'Little things' – regular, everyday items
- up to $30,000 for buying 'Big things' – depending where you're shopping.
It's easy to know if you can humm. Just:
- Be 18 or over
- Have a debit or credit card
- Be an Australian permanent resident
Have one of the following official ID:
- Australian driver licence
- Australian passport
- Medicare card

Great App and Easy to use
So quick and easy to use, applying was simple and boosting my limit was effortless. Love the 5 month option which other companies don’t offer. I’ve been a Certegy customer for years and absolutely love the changes and convenience of the payment options available to me now that’s it’s Humm. Looking forward to using it much more from now on.
Very disappointed - still waiting for refund
I purchased an item online for my sons birthday that was faulty, made contact via email about the return and refund of the item and received a response quick and conformation of approval to return item, great! I then returned said item to the purchasing shop by hand and had the return processed no problems by the retail worker, yet two weeks later, three emails and a phone call (being told I will have the refund by the end of the week no problems), I am still waiting for my refund of the first deposit plus the amount I paid off the item before returning it. I understand the faulty item was out of humms control but the return was processed and I am still waiting for the refund which is within their control. Very disappointing and am very hesitant to purchase with them again or recommending them incase something like this happens again.

As Avery long term customer of Certegy I recently required to log on, only to see we the CUSTOMER needed to down load this app HUMM log back in. Only to find I can’t make an extra payment the app crashes the customer service number when pressing “9” doesn’t work.
As per previous reviewer no one advise of any changes nor did they let us the customer know of a new app.
Disgraceful credit company who don’t look after existing customers. The app isn’t user friendly doesn’t work but they are quick to sell promote and charge you a fee. I wanted to pay April and Mays account to avoid the monthly fee but when pressing the pay button it crashes. I even tried to pay my entire account off and still crashes.

Hi @scrive. We’re aware of issues with existing Ezipay customers causing the App to crash. There was an app update on 29 April to version 1.1.1 and data fixes on 1 May. If you don’t have a valid debit or credit card linked to your account (MasterCard or Visa) you will be prompted to add one when you make a payment. Can you please try again and let us know if you’re still having any issues at firstname.lastname@example.org - please give your name, mobile number and ABY-HUMM in the subject line. Thanks.
We're really sorry for your experience. We were aware of an issue with the App crashing which has now been fixed over the weekend. You can now make single and multiple payments, as well as pay off your entire purchase plan in advance. You'll need to update your iOS app to the latest version 1.1.

We soft-launched the product without mass communications to existing customers so we can iron out issues like this. We acknowledge this is not ideal for you and we are sorry for the poor experience.
