JUST LIKE TO SAY TO MY ADOPTIVE FAMILY RESTAURANT IM DESIREE FROM Sydney Australia. Went in drive-through every morning about between one and three in the morning every day or even two three times a day for the past two years. Never went to McDonald’s again. Keep your prices low and do you dinner bundles but you guys are the best making that original jacks fried chicken, the best in the west from Cabramatta West like a poet didn’t even know it so I’m the best review out of all from out of the west with less to pay love u guys I’ve gotten a lot of extended family member to hungry, Jack’s or Burger King that was the original name American 1989 and come back to Australia

I always give Hungry Jacks a chance because I like the idea of the shake and win but then I always keep ending up going to Maccas because this app becomes so infuriating, my girlfriend has no problem using the app and her phone is an iPhone 7 Plus yet it seems that because my phone is an iPhone SE (completely updated) there’s some underlying problems that never get addressed. The Shake and Win barely ever works for me, only when it wants to and even then, half the time it will just freeze on the spin screen and count that as a spin before kicking me back out to the home screen of the app and I constantly get logged out even though I never log out myself it just does and then when I go to sign back in it says ‘Unknown error’ I really want this to work for whatever phone I or anyone might have and reading the reviews on here it seems like I’m not the only one, please Hungry Jacks if you see this, please fix this problem and address the problems with your app because there’s lots of people who would come to your business instead of elsewhere simply because of the Shake and win feature and not to be rude but the McDonalds App always works and is constantly updated. I can deal with the fact that you don’t take away the cost for taking meat out of a burger and McDonalds does but there’s no reason your App shouldn’t work as well if not better than theirs.

It seems so pointless to order in advance for fast food. I’ve never done it before and downloaded the app tonight for drive thru. I made my order through the app and made my way to the resultant. I got to the drive thru, proceeded to wait for a long time before getting to the speaker. Announced the order number and then continued waiting in the line for all of the other people to order in front of me. I then get to the front, given my order and drive off whilst checking inside the bag. Wrong order. Parked the car, went inside, waited in line, gave them the incorrect order bag. I then had to wait for them to cook my meal. This was the longest I have ever had to wait for fast food. Will not use the app again because of it as it just wasted 20mins of my time. I couldn’t just walk away and go somewhere else because I had already paid. I could have cooked a meal myself in less time without having to leave my house.
