Absolute Robbery
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THISAPP, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
It is disgusting to take advantage of cleaners and customers like this.
The app is poorly built, has no security and is literally the worst kind of middle man ever. You can’t even chat with your cleaner, so if they are late or don’t turn up, your time is wasted.
I have never had a positive experience since these thieves monopolised the private cleaning sector. I suspect they are also the morons doing it in the removals industry also. (Another bad experience had that cost me thousands of dollars)
The main problem is there is no vetting, there is no safety and they take your money before the job has started, they prevent you from communicating with the cleaners, and the cleaners never do the job you paid for.
Stay away from this business.
Spammers: Do not give them your number or download app
I have received over 10 SMS, including 4 after I said I was not interested and to stop contacting me. Don’t contact them unless you want to be spammed. Terrible business practice
