To get that Real Drum Feel we included both velocity and expressions in every kit:
-Hit any drum closer to the center for a louder beat, and further out for a quieter one.
-Hit the ride in the center to ring the bell.
-Hit the high-hat in the center for a pedal mute.
-Hit the snare on the edge for a rim shot.
To get all the power of the deep base tones, listen with headphones or use external speakers.

Keeping things simple, it's great, well done. I would rate higher if it had an option for LESS steps in the current (32 step) sequencer. Even one option (option) to set it to, idk, 24 steps?.
A great drummer once told me... "sometimes, less is more".

Invisible drum kit?
Don't know if it's just me on my 4th gen iPod, but in the new update the drum kit "TRIP HOP" is invisible (the sound still works fine, but there is no visible drum kit there at all). This is an otherwise amazing music app that has beautiful artwork and is easy to use. The sound board concept is super cool and playing around on all the drum kits is a stack of fun. overall, the app is awesome! Please fix the "invisibility" bug and this app will be well on it's way to 5 stars.
