Amazing! Just one thing
This an amazing app but I have one thing.
In the player rankings you should add a filter we’re it shows you all the filters for that country. That will make it a lot quicker to find good players that have much experience and don’t have a high rank yet.
Thanks, once again this app is amazingly great!
T20 ticket resale website is down
Hi Team - I bought a ticket online through your web portal. Due to personal reasons I could not attend the event and I have put the tickets on resale through the fan portal. However it seems the ticket resale uses a completely different portal which means -
1. its hard for a normal user to find it, so the chances of reselling the ticket to get a refund is low.
2. Finally and most importantly the resale portal is always down and could not handle the network load, which means the chances of reselling the ticket to get a refund is 'zero'
Please request the team behind to address the issues for the affected users.
Shocking Redesign…
This new app redesign has so much inconsistencies. They removed the player comparison, all time rankings and so much more.
Firstly, the app menu is at the bottom as well as on the side, which I find a waste of space.
The Rankings section, is much more tedious to navigate where if you press full table, it still shows the first 5 people and you have to press it again. Another thing they left out was the all time rankings, I used to use this feature a lot and now it’s not there
The player comparison is also removed and I can’t compare different players
The matches section is all over the place, filtering what matches, team is much more tedious.
Overall, the app has become more aesthetically pleasing at the cost of features and functionality.
