It was great but now is not working
I’m based in Australia it suddenly stop working I’m not able to login in it keep saying network error even though my phone is connect to wifi I thought it could be a maintenance issue a week ago but I tried again today is still not working! This seems like the only app that can connect to my fortis t3 treadmill and I have various walking/running progress saved in the app. Hope it can be fixed!
App doesn’t even work
When I select “training plan” to connect to my treatmill the app shuts itself down. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app several times and that hasn’t fixed the issue.
Cannot Link Phone or Email
Look, this app does the job, more or less. It records accurately but uh, most of the time, however, when I check my previous workouts, some of them weren’t even logged. Another issue is linking my number and email to the app. I’m unsure if this is because I’m not in America or China (I’m from Australia), but I can’t seem to link anything. I just use this app now to turn on/off the treadmill.
