Not perfect but getting there

We use the 10 all access app via Apple TV - we enjoy the shows available and it’s got some really great content. My only real gripe is that it’s temperamental and can have major issues if you have an internet drop out. Upon resetting the modem, all other apps load again - not this app it has major issues reconnecting and it doesn’t want to load (it takes many app resets to get it back up and running). Could do with some work I think. And I see the response from the developer on a few of these ratings - it would be great if when reviewing the comments and feedback, that it provides some confirmation that these issues which are being supported are being worked on, as opposed to advising people to contact them if they continue to have issues - if the app doesn’t have a certain feature - how is calling going to make it so?

Awesome App

I hear a lot of negative about this app but most of that can happen with any app that's called technology, I find this app useful a lot of the series not even on tv anymore and not even on Netflix or Stan so it's good to catch up with those episodes, yes you gotta pay about nearly $10 but you also gotta pay for Netflix, Stan and Foxtel also plus it's not like it's $10 per episode or season it's $10 for all access to all.
Hopefully one day they'll have much more series on there, I'm absolutely glad they got MacGyver (original) and Seal Team on it plus my mum even uses it for a lot of her favourite old time series (stuff she hasn't seen in ages)
So I don't get people's issue with it since unlike 7plus I haven't had any adds like had with that.
It's easy to use also, just click on a series I like and a episode and ready to watch.

Needs improvement

I do like to have access to shows for re-runs, and this app has some I haven’t found elsewhere.
- biggest feature I feel it lacks is the ability to download episodes to watch offline, which makes it very irritating if for instance you want to watch on the train to work. (And also uses a LOT of data which I would prefer not to need since I have good wi fi at home). A lot of the other problems I could overlook if it had this feature.
- when it pauses an episode due to losing service, it doesn’t seem to load back on its own, I have to close the app and reload it.
- should be able to skip forward 10sec like you can rewind; especially since using the bar at the bottom to skip forward or back often takes much longer than expected to load and is hard to use precisely
- should be able to skip the intro
- takes a while to load new pages and/or episodes which makes it feel a bit... clunky.

Also there isn’t a large variety of shows which is a downside and might shorten the length of customer’s patronage, (and why have the spin off CSI’s but not the original? Completeness of old seasons is part of the draw of this service, so leaving some out is a real negative)
