Our journey began in 2001 in Pyrmont and since then we have grown to five new locations. B-1. App crashes after payment is made so…
B-2. No confirmation in app that order has been placed
B-3. No tracking information e.g. pizza has left the store

FR-1 please add apply pay, much easier way to pay
Does not work
I downloaded the app for the first time and went to create an account. It said my email/account already existed (?!). Okay? Well I did not know my password for the account so I clicked on “forgot my password”. It asked me to enter my email and then said they sent an email with instructions on how to reset the password. No email arrived in either my inbox or junk file. Tried again. Still no email. App therefore remains unusable and I will order on Menulog.
App works well
Have experienced none of he problems reported by others in their one star reviews - I think these may have been teething troubles when the app was first launched.
