Improvements Inbound

When I first downloaded and tested this game I immediately got a bunch of red flags that this would be a grindy pay-to-win game. The game mechanics were difficult and it seemed impossible to generate large sums of money.

I recently got back into this game and found that all of my previous problems had been removed! Changes were made to how planes were handled on the ground, a leveling up system was added that rewarded players with prizes that would steer them in the right direction and a lot of bugs had been removed.

When I first got this app I planned to leave a somewhat negative review to warn players that this app was too grindy, but now I am here to tell all people interested in getting this game that it is improving and shows genuine promise in regards to its mechanics.

To all the devs working on this game, thank you for continuing to work on this game to deliver the perfect experience. I have faith that you will make this the best game it can possibly be.

They were rude to me and would not give me a refund

I asked nicely for a refund as they have not refunded me for previous times and now they are charging me more. I asked kindly and in a good manner but why should I if they are being rude to me. I try to be kind to people but this kind of thing just sets me off. This is absolutely pathetic, and I actually started to like this game and they come along and say no you can't have a refund which totally ruined my experience with the game. They were also rude with me as they did not reply to my messages sometimes and I find this quite upsetting as I thought this was a good game but now I am looking back, and I should think again whether it is. They were very ignorant as well and took a long time to reply to my messages even though it said they were active now, but they just weren't replying which is also quite rude and show ignorance. I spent my time writing this review, I tried to be kind ask nicely for a refund back, so I would expect a full refund from them within the next week if not sooner.

Good graphics and interface

This game helps one learn about logistics and efficiency on limited resources, an introduction to life at an airport. The developers have gone to enormous effort to make the tangible objects life-like, however some of the intangible systems are partly unrealistic, real-world pressures absent. Tried the game for a few days, was very repetitive actions, no new skills developed, nothing new learned, and couldn’t see attraction in paying $ staying committed. Whilst it’s not going get you a job in a an actual control tower or airline industry, it could be used to assess competency for those aiming there; made their job look easier than what I understand it actually is.
“World” appears to be missing many countries, but guessing their aim is to keep growing airports.
