Kogan, money, app, terrible, worst, money, app ever used
I joined up with Kogan, credit card black and set up my Kogan credit card app and over the last week it dropped out and says temporarily unavailable I went onto the chat Kogan chat for help. The Kogan representative rang me up through the app and then she deleted my profile and said reload your Kogan app and it’s still not working. I cannot login. I cannot do anything I put all my details in it says error. It is the worst app I have ever ever used very disappointed in Kogan. I would not recommend anyone to use Kogan Money app for credit card. Kogan need to do a lot of work and and fixing his fault I kept getting the Kogan representative saying it is working at our end I tried everything on chrome Firefox everything to login would not work. Kogan needs to look after its customers service

Simply awful
App stopped working. Tried to get help from chat, app crashed. Tried again, told to uninstall and try again. Did that, same errors. Tried chat help again, first lone support couldn’t help, passed to “specialist”. She couldn’t find my name in their data. Them]n she found it and upgraded the process to a call (within the app it seemed). App then crashed. So I am now back to “waiting for consultant” in the app chat, and now the session has expired.
No way to actually phone them. Tried to log into website. Not working either.
Simply awful experience. Do not sign up with these people.

One of the BEST Credit Card Apps
I have to see this is one of the best apps I have used in my life. It’s very easy to use, very user-friendly, and extremely pleasant to use and download. You can get in touch with someone immediately if you need help from customer service through chat.
Plus while most credit cards make you pay a fee to get them, Kogan does the opposite and rewards you by giving you a Kogan first membership valued at ~ $80 for 12 months with amazing benefits.
