Wonderful
Straight forward to use as I run a business Facebook and instagram account.
I don’t have time to sit down and post every single day so I enjoy being able to schedule posts during the quieter hours so I’m always active and showing what the business has to offer.
The auto schedule feature is great for getting the most out of your audience and the best response.
I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs the peace of mind of knowing your posts are being posted, especially if you want to reach out on more than one social media platform.
Business smart
Recently I discovered this little beauty and have been using it as a context manager for my social media business sites. It’s saving me so much time by scheduling my posts and creating a higher following through consistent engagement! Highly recommended ❤️
Lots of flaws
Hootsuite is incredibly frustrating to use when trying to post between Instagram and Facebook for multiple accounts. I often end up doing it manually because it’s easier. I can’t trust that this app will even post photos the correct way up. Trying to tag other accounts is a painstaking process. There’s no automatic saving of drafts which means you lose all your work if you accidentally close the tab. Instagram and Facebook accounts randomly disconnect and trying to reconnect them is hard work. It feels like the whole app is out of date and in need of mondernising for contemporary social media use. I’m going to look for other similar services which provide better functionality. 1/10
