Absolutely love Nasty gal
Quality is always there, I’ve worked in retail for 15 hrs with top brands and I love that nasty girl has good quality clothes at a cheaper price, you can’t get better than that. Much better than most chain stores
Could not purchase
Every time i went to buy what was in my cart it would crash after i tried to use the payment options. I would try apple pay and it would come up with an error and empty my cart, the same with my card and paypal. i had to go onto the website on my computer for the paypal payment to go thru as it was the only one that worked. it kept emptying my cart every time and id have to go back thru and add everything back in and it wouldnt save them to my liked items either. when i now go to track my package which is now overdue, the track courier button wont work on the app so i once again have to go through the website:\ not happy lol
impossible to return
I bought something on the 6th of april, the item arrived a month late and i wanted to return it but the return system didnt work- they charged me $15 for the return but i never got the return slip or the ability to return the item.
I messaged the facebook page about 30 times trying to get this false charge refunded and they were completely unhelpful for over 4 months, and in the end only refunded me the return charge and not allowing me to even return the item i didnt want, or refund the cost of the item in the first place. completely terrible service
