The Workplace Chat app lets you keep in touch with your colleagues, wherever you are. Simply sign in to your existing account, or create one from scratch in the app itself.
Using messaging tools that your teams are already familiar with, Workplace Chat lets you:
- send messages to individual colleagues, or have group conversations;
- share unlimited files, photos and videos;
- make voice and video calls from anywhere in the world;
- turn on "Do not disturb" when you're busy or away from work.
Workplace Chat is ad-free and totally separate from Facebook and Messenger, making it easier to balance your work and private lives.

This app is very useful for companies big or small. There are minimal to no bugs and it’s very efficient to communicate with colleagues within the barrier of professionalism. Highly recommend!
One request
When posting a photo to a chat, you can only scroll and select it from the default camera roll. Please if possible allow us to select a folder- between the job I use workchat for and my other responsibilities I have a lot of pictures I need to take and keep, and it’s not practical to be able to keep all the ones I need at the top of my camera roll.
On a related note, it would be handy to be able to post pictures and the related comment together to minimise confusion if there’s delays while it loads to the chat (quality photos can take a while)
App is easy to use
I love the efficiency of both the Workplace app and the Workplace chat app because it’s based on the technology from Facebook. It’s very user-friendly and easy to learn.
