I can’t get to any support
I can’t contact support and I wish I know who the developers of this game so I won’t purchase or play any other game that they develop. I changed my phone from iPhone to Samsung and can’t take other my progress or even my purchases and money that I have spent on this game to support them. Also, this game doesn’t offer to create an account to save progress so that I at least can open it on another iPhone device. This is annoying and I wish you guys update it and make it more professional

Hi,manager.IOS and Android are two different systems.The game data can not be transferred between them.
Great concept….
Love this game and was happy to spend up to $100 to get the bonus employees and gems to buy paintings and other other things to increase the star value .. however now into day 6 and Have already had to put in 3 refund requests to apple because the game kept freezing and took my money but didn’t deliver the goods. I have since received the refunds thankfully. after a certain Point it’s repetitive. Would love to see another zone added so I can spend all the money I have. Not much property to purchase and I have to keep swapping cars but it lowers my Forbes index… great for a week cause it’s addictive and. Couldn’t stop playing it, but after 240 rep stars there’s no more incentive to continue. Also it takes soooo long for the companies to finish their tenure. Like 4 days at the last $$$ level.
Please could you look into another zone to play with and some more properties to buy? 🙄 would love to keep playing and stay engaged … thanks 😊

Great game but frequently crashes
I do like the game but the frequent crashes (especially when I am advancing a level or moving location or purchasing a property for example) mean that I spend the money that I worked hard to gain only to have it crash and 4 out of every 5 times I log back in it has taken the money but not updated the increment advance so it does get frustrating. I don’t know what else to do and I have sent in screenshots but haven’t received a response as yet so assumed maybe many others were having the same issue and tech support was working on it but it keeps occurring so I don’t know what else to do….
Otherwise it’s a fun game and great to do when you’re bored and need to fill a 30 minute window of time
