Need a new Feature for text message

On the iPhone or other platforms you so put a Feature where you can back up you’re text messages please put this on next update

Complex interface easy to loose data

This backup solution is by far the most disappointing I've encountered. It offers the option to back up the entire computer and files to the cloud, but here's the issue: if you remove a computer, it also erases the files stored in the cloud drive.

I initially chose to back up my entire external drive, only to lose all of my data when I removed the computer. Subsequently, I discovered that "computers" referred to devices where I've logged in on IDrive. This distinction was rather confusing, as it muddled the concept of computer backups.

To clarify, I never intended to back up the computer itself.

Good potential but can't get basics right

I compared a lot of features from other backup services and I liked iDrives app and ability to backup original quality photos/videos and their price. Unfortunately the app has a serious flaw in that the app crashes after backing up just a few photos. I've got a few thousand videos and 200 videos and I constantly have to reopen the app after crashing.

I've contacted support who have been useless they just recommend reinstalling the app even when I've told them I've done this a few times. This happens on another phone of mine.

They also haven't added any minor or major features in over 2 years.
