Bugs! We Got Bugs!
After the app change/update the app is now very buggy. Particularly on iPad. Comic pages are expanded beyond screen size cutting off text and images. When you try to resize the app glitches and comic jumps back to the cover or title page every time making the comics I’ve purchased near impossible to read. Also with the migration to the new app I’ve lost all my previous purchases. Still waiting for that one to be fixed!
Completely Trashed
IDW’s replacement of their previous app after the app supplier shuttered is disappointing to say the least. The app is basically unusable and buggy and so many of my massive collection of comics I purchased from them are unreadable. Hopefully this gets some attention/an update to resolve soon. I fortunately have some of my stuff still in ComiXology, so will be using that were I can.
Lost access to my comics
Thanks guys. An entire collection of my books are now gone. I get that Madefire got up and snuck out the fire escape at 2am but you guys were the seller and publisher. Very disappointed in you guys and will NEVER buy an IDW digital product again. You lost me, one of your best customers who would buy Hard copy and digital copy monthly. Bye
