OK, but not.

The app has gotten better since the day I downloaded it, got frustrated with it, and deleted it in five minutes. Recently downloaded it again and found it easier to navigate, search, and love it’s ability to usually start playing a radio station or podcast when the phone regains a network signal in low signal areas. Saves breaking the law by operating a phone while driving. Big issue I’m peeved about though is why make it so difficult, nay, impossible, to swipe left on a podcast episode to bring up a context menu where you can then delete it from the list, like EVERY other podcast app? I have a list that just spawns more as I scroll down. Pity the podcasts I listen too have been broadcasting for a decade or more, and I listened to many podcasts on a different app, so I need to delete HUNDREDS of episodes so I only see the ones I haven’t listened to. The other podcast app I previously used, I could just swipe left and hit a big red delete button, and the app was gone from the list, and from the phone’s storage if it was one of the most recent listened too. Please, make it easy, or I go back to the other app, which has better audio boost settings for us hard of hearing than iHeart.

I love it but I can't remove stations I don't want

my name is tiffy i'm totally blind and I love iHeartRadio however if I add stations to my favourites you won't allow me to remove what I don't want any more! I could do this once before however you know longer let me! you are taking away my right to remove what I don't want and it's not good enough! Bring this feature back because it worked well with voice-over which is a screen reader for The blind! I won't except your response such as thank you for your feedback we want to look into this for you however a response like that is nothing but robotic and I won't tolerate it so I suggest you stop updating iHeartRadio and leave it alone

Developer Response ,

Hello Tiffy, thanks so much for being an iHeartRadio loyal user and for the compliments on our accessibility - we try really hard to keep it a great experience. We believe the issue with being unable to remove Your Stations should be fixed now by tapping on the pencil icon. Please give it a try and let us know if it's still not working for your screen reader by emailing ios@iheartradio.com We're eager to make it perfect!

Has worked flawlessly right up until the last update

Have used the app daily in the car and out and about from almost the very beginning. Since the latest update to the IOS app there is now a requirement to log-in to the app each time I want to use it with my Apple Carplay. I have to physically pull over to the side of the road, open the app on the phone and re log-in to even use iHeart. This has happened at least a dozen times since the latest update. Like many people I do not (and will not) use the cloud to store data and/or passwords. If that is what it is looking for each time then fine, please accept that you’ll lose customer base as people take their data security seriously.

PROS: great app, quality content, easy to use and not too many ads.

CONS: constantly have to log-in and slow to fire up on Carplay sometimes

Developer Response ,

Hi Jen, we'd be happy to look into this experience you're having so we can make sure it gets corrected. Could you shoot an email over to ios-au@iheartradio.com?
