To register your device for the IMB Bank Mobile Banking App, you’ll need to be registered for Internet Banking and SMS 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).

IMB Bank Members not registered for Internet Banking and SMS 2FA should visit or call us on 1300 123 164. First time Internet Banking users will need to log on to Internet Banking at least once before using the app.

When first registering for the Mobile Banking App, you will be asked to provide your usual Internet Banking login details. You will then be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile number via SMS. You will need to enter this code to set up your secure 4-digit App PIN. Once your 4-digit App PIN is set up, this is all you will need to log in to the Mobile Banking App. Your App PIN can be changed at any time from within the Mobile Banking App.

Not happy jannyb ,

A Definate backward step

The previous version of the app was so easy to use and always worked. With this new release if I can get past the white screen I’m doing well.
When I previously paid multiple bills at once it was simple as you had the option of tapping New Payment OR Done. This has now been removed and you must go through the whole process of selecting pay, then which type , then payee etc. you have made an easy process more difficult.
Plus the new colour scheme is very harsh on the eyes. I am elderly and it took me days to discover the decimal point on the numeric keypad.

*untrusted connection* issues

When I CAN open the app, i think it is ok and is usually quite easy to manage. However, a couple of times using this app, it has come up with *untrusted connection* at very inconvenient times, such as when I have to transfer money into my transaction immediately to pay for fuel/groceries etc. Only is it a couple of days after this issue is the app ready to update? I don’t know if this is just my situation and I don’t know why this keeps on happening, but would love for it to be fixed

Needs an IT overhaul

As previous reviews have stated a white screen comes up when wanting to access the app more times than not. Have removed and reinstalled all to no avail. Have had occasions where it has been useless trying to access the account so will attempt some time later then app may work. Very frustrating indeed
