The App did what it claimed, that is, transferred files from iPad/iPod to my PC. However, it has no instructions (yet) or help files, so you need a little computer background to navigate its use. On first opening, the user is given a URL address. This needs to be typed directly into the search bar of the browser. Files from the device then appear in the browser, and can be activated by clicking on the icon. What is not explained is the transfer protocol, but at the bottom right of each file icon is a small arrow pointing downward to a tray symbol. This is where the transfer is activated, which does occur quite rapidly. If transferring music files, be aware that no metadata is transferred with the file.
In summary, the App works, but its use is left up to the purchaser to figure out.
