Personal Loan highlights:

• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.


For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.

Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.

The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.

Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

Poor customer support for NRI

I have lost my phone and installed app in new phone. I was using the same APP in my old phone. Now I am unable to login in to new phone and it keeps giving error mobile number not registered. I called support some one told me install app using mobile data. Didn’t worked. Called again someone told me your mobile number is not registered and uninstall app from my lost mobile phone or write email to support centre !!!!!!!!
Even I can’t register two mobile numbers in joint account. 2 days and still not working. Very poor call centre.

Worst Home Loan Banking services by any bank

I have applied for home loan from icici bank and faced hell lot of problems with their team. They are literally unsupportive and they also dont have proper knowlege about their process/sydtems. I applied for homeloan via app from icici bank and submitted all the documents which they asked. I was assigned one relationship manager, He stopped picking our calls. The legal took 4-5 months to complete after that technical guy took 1.5 month for technical inspection. The final date for payment was near and we were not having any clearity about our loan. Finally, After 6month of struggle we got first installment and after first installment when i asked for second installment they rejected saying techincal was not cleared. Dur to these guys i faced 1Lakh loss and mental pressure. Please do not apply for any type of loan . They are really unprofessional and customer feels like begging in front of them. Really frustating service from such a big bank.

Unstable App

I’ve been the customer of the bank since over a decade now, and the only thing that has been a major issue with them, is their mobile App.
I tried to download the app again ( after futile attempts to use it in India) and I see that the registration process is as inconvenient and error prone as before. I’m unable to choose the method of login, as the app keeps throwing an error.
