Impulse - Test Your Brain & IQ 4+

A quick and easy app, to get a few minutes of time to yourself to strengthen your cognitive skills. I love how it will just pop up and ask if you’d like to play once a day. As I struggle with ADHD also and never remember to do these kinds of things snd because it’s only take a few minutes, I just stop and do it right then if I’m able. Even though it’s only a few minutes a day, I feel accomplished that I have stopped what I was doing and taken time out just for me to give my brain a quick workout. I’ll definitely be continuing. 🙌♥️🙌

I hate these apps these days, they ask you for your details and make you fill out a bunch of questions takes about 10-15 or so min of your time and then at the end they tell you you will have to pay/subscribe to use the app. Why don’t they tell you that beforehand? Because they’re afraid you won’t purchase. And you feel more invested and worked up after they’ve dragged you thru a bunch of questions.
Oh and don’t try tell us because you offer a 3 day or 1 week free trial that you are giving us the option to purchase because we all know in order to get that free trial we have to enter our bank details and you are just capitalising/banking on the fact that we have busy lives and will forget that we’ve subscribed to your app and we end up paying for it and it’s difficult to get a refund.
I don’t subscribe/purchase whenever I experience this because it’s a dodgy way for an app or anyone to do business.
Just tell the App Store or yourselves to give us the price situation before hand, at the beginning or before opening the app, from the very start. Or how about give an actual free trial of the app where we don’t have to give our bank details?
Afraid you won’t make as many sales?… well I’d rather do business with upfront ethics than dodgy trickery

Update. So, my review earned a scripted response from the developer claiming they’re broke & that’s why their free trial isn’t actually free. Are we surprised? Guys, if you’re broke it’s because you’re being too greedy with your sales process. Woo your customer & they’ll be your customer for life. Push and otherwise try to trick your customer & they’ll reject you & tell all their friends to avoid you. If you’re not broke and you’re lying, ewww. Ugh.

I was THREE MINUTES into a pathetic 3 day free trial of this stupid app and they had already interrupted with elaborate $$$ money grab pop ups THREE SEPARATE TIMES and refused to share any info about a quiz result until you had signed up for the yearly plan (So, Not a free trial.). I spend money on apps regularly and have no problem paying for in app purchases, but ONLY if the app has earned it and is proving that they are able to provide real value. In this case, the app is complete garbage. I am seriously regretting downloading it and wish I could get the last ten minutes of my life back. Don’t get sucked in guys, it’s just an elaborate scam designed to part you from your money.

Please be aware that on a free or trial plan, you will still have access to basic results only, such as your IQ score, trauma response type, archetype, ADHD type, etc. However, more detailed information is available exclusively to the users that either subscribed to the yearly/lifetime plan or at least made a payment for the weekly one.

We genuinely wish we could offer more features and content for free, but currently, the premium access and ads help support the continuous development of the app. Rest assured, we're working diligently to change this as soon as possible.
