Surpass the anticipation
Hi Guys,
I ‘ve bn using this app for more than 5 months, and I played around this app completely, I would really suggest for you mates that you can go with this app if you wanna do the overseas transactions and etc.
However, the only thing I couldn’t figure it out(or no options in app) to delete the (already)added payee details, I can only inactive their details rather than deleting their complete details(account & address). That’s the disappointing part. Other than that I really love it and it’s much faster than any other app I ever used.
If anyone figure this out, how to delete the added payee pls comment your answer, I can follow it. Thanks in adv.
Surpassing my expectation
Fast processing, with prompt customer service. My experience with international money transfer has not been great in general as the currency pair I need is AUD-VND, not many transfer platforms facilitate this. So Instarem was a surprising good find, great rate, low fee and quick processing. The processing time varies from transaction to transaction however, the quickest one is in 1 minute, while others can take a few days of being reviewed and required additional documents, but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’m a very happy customer.
User interface is not the best.
I am not able to edit or delete Recipients info. Unnecessary notifications of updates and messages about adding beneficiary though the app is already up to date and I don’t want to add beneficiary. For new user it could be very complicated and confusing app. App should be simple and straightforward.
In regards to their transfer service , lately they been really good. Money is transferred instantly . May be because i only send small amount. But in past they have asked me for income proofs, bank statements and hold my money for weeks. They have also refused to transfer money once I could not satisfied them with my bank statements and income proof.
One good point is that they email you monthly statement of your transfers.
