What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is one of the most popular health and fitness trends. Instead of a diet, it's an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn't specify which foods you should eat or avoid, but when you should eat.

5+2 Weekly Plan : During the week, eat normally for 5 days, and choose another 2 days for a little control.Women take 500Kcal and men take 600Kcal on fasting days. You can choose to take it all at once, but a better choice is to divide 600Kcal into two meals, 250Kcal for breakfast and 350Kcal for dinner. The food should preferably be some food with high protein content but low glycemic index (GI). It is not recommended to completely eliminate carbohydrates. When eating, chew slowly and savor well. The fasting days need to be separated, such as Monday and Thursday. This light fasting plan is healthy, effective and easy to implement, allowing you to lose weight easily while enjoying the other benefits of fasting. It can be performed long-term, gradually turning it into a healthy lifestyle.
16-8 is the most popular fasting plan for weight loss. With 16 hours fasting period, your body will gradually get used to fasting.

The simplicity of this app makes things a whole lot easier to understand what it is you’re doing exactly! The only downfall I can pick at would be the food choices, when you type certain foods in they’re not in the automated list. Would be great if the meals and foods had more choices so we didn’t have to input everything with all the nutritional info etc

I have been using this app for nearly a month. I love the aesthetic of the app. It’s so hard to find a health app the feels friendly most of them have the techy aggressive design. I have been progressing well while using the app I’m down about 4.5kg in 30 days ❤️

Tried many apps but this one is so easy and I love the fact that it gives you info about every stage of fasting and whats going in your body. Keeps you motivated. While I hate subscriptions, this one is still not overbloated.... yet.

App looks super and graphics make it seem more fun. I don’t think it’s intuitive design though. I’m still trying to work out why my fasts are not being shown in progress. I’ll keep trying and give it another week, and swap to a less pretty app that makes more sense to use. I fear I might’ve spent money on something that doesn’t show me how to use it.
