Interval Timer doesn't interfere with your music or other apps:
∙ Listen to your music apps while you workout.
∙ Voice or beep guides for every workout.
∙ You can leave the app and still listen to the audio guides, in order to follow a workout you found online.
And no need to manually record your workouts:
∙ Detailed history and statistics pages to track your progress.
∙ Repeat a previous workout from your history, so you don't need to set it again.

This app includes an optional auto-renewable subscription (Premium Pass): Premium Pass beings with a free trial period, then an auto-renewable monthly subscription when trial ends. Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Apple Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of the free initial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The perfect app for stretching
Great UI, awesome audio features, minimal design that’s very appealing to the eye
This app surprised me with its overall perfect design - has everything you need for your daily stretching routine without having to sit there counting seconds in your head
I’ve never reviewed an app before but this app has changed that, props to the developer for keeping a clear scope with what’s essential while giving us a very modern and usable interface
Love the simple interface, needs more functionality
This is a really elegantly designed app that’s easy to use. It lets you specify each exercise in advance so you can switch off and just follow your instructions through the workout which is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t then let you save different workouts to easily reuse later. I’d love to be able to create my own shortlist of workouts to choose from each day that I can create, name and select quickly rather than set it up each day. It’s make this app infinitely more useful.
When you load the app it should have the option to ‘create new’ workout or ‘load from saved.’
Good, but greedy
The actual app is a great design. It’s versatile and the intervals are highly customisable. However, to only offer 2 free uses before requiring a subscription is just plain greedy.
I could deal with reduced functionality, or even a one of fee to unlock premium features. But, instead the only option we have is to pay a monthly fee. Considering effective training should become a long term habit, this could make this app very expensive in the long run.
So, instead I’m deleting the app and settling for another app with similar functionality, but isn’t so costly in the long term. I’d highly recommend others do the same, so the developers get the message and realise how many prospective patrons they’re losing by adopting such a greedy business model
