Great app. However as updates come out further issues occur. Since last update 2 days ago app shuts down as soon as being started. Would recommend but developers need to fix ongoing issues

I was concerned about this app by the previous reviews, but gave it a go anyway. It works fine for me. It was easy to set up and came up straight away, and works fine every time. The record and snapshot sanctions work perfectly and the video playback also works, as it is supposed to. My only complaint is there is no fast forward and reverse which makes it cumbersome to find isolated incidences. You have to manually advance or go back a few minutes in a time to try and find something that didn’t last for long time. However it is probably simpler than the actual security systems set up. I think it is excellent for a free app, but would like the options of a more expensive version with better review capabilities.
I am fortunate to have fairly fast Internet so everything happens instantly. I feel most of the problems are probably caused by insufficient upload speed which is not the fault of the app.

I updated my iPhone 6s with ios12.?.? And my wife’s 7+
Now the app tries to login then disappears. I can start the app many times as I want but nothing now. I tried pro3 same and EseeCloud3 they also do not work. My iPad has the old version app and it works.
I updated from the app that worked well to the one mentioned in my first few lines here to your latest app Mr Law on my iPhone X but it hasn’t helped at all. The app opens then shuts down. I have tried contacting Anran but they haven’t returned my email. Does anyone know a different app I can use? I cannot access my NVR via cloud.
Mr Law do you have an app I can purchase that will work? Is there any way to delete this app and Install the older app?
