If only...

If only the app would load, instead of a white box with a X then after that, a pure white screen. I’d love to see what happens after this issue gets fixed, as I would hope this app has potential. One Star until a fix comes through for this iPhone SE User, as it’s just space wasted on my phone otherwise.

Resolved - Same issue as everyone else

Update: Hi everyone. I had the same issue as everyone else. I just uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and now it’s working for me.

Given 5 Stars now so that maybe others will see this rating. Try reinstalling and see how it goes.

P.S. Still having issues actually showing how much internet I’ve used for the month. Currently showing that I’ve used NaN data!

Open the app and log in. Just get the white screen with the X. When I close that window I get nothing.

As you mentioned, we have now fixed the "white box" issue. We have also resolved the "usage" issue. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reinstall the app.

Not all info provided

Not a bad app but doesn’t provide all the info like, in my plan section it should tell me start date end date and internet term but it just says no info available. Samebin s few other sections to. For this reason I rate a 3 and not higher
