This is an amazing app. I really like it and it’s enjoyable to watch the shows and series that I watch. I rate this 4 star because it’s good but there is one problem💀 It has long ads and if I pay its just too much money for just an app😬

App needs improvement

🙏🏼#*The English subtitles keeps turning itself on/off, even though it’s selected. I have to keep pressing the English subtitles over and over again for the words to appear.🙏🏼 #*The Fast forward feature is really slow and clumsy on Apple TV. 🙏🏼#*The selection/browsing feature on the app isn’t as clear as it can be. I t shows the same show titles for different language subtitles all at the same time, instead of just the English version that I’ve selected.🙏🏼 #*The show categories isn’t as clear as it can be. 🙏🏼#*Please see and copy the functions and layout of the Perfectly Flawless - ‘VIKI RAKUTEN APP’ (because it works perfectly on iPhone and Apple TV)- for example of a Perfectly Awesome, EASY TO USE and NAVIGATE, FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY ALL THE TIME, SUBTITLES WORK ALL THE TIME, and just a PERFECT APP all around! 🙏🏼#*Please copy their App functions and layout!🙏🏼 #*More Costume Dramas/ Xianxia dramas Please!🙏🏼 #*Plus I’ve noticed that the dramas on your app is severely edited, I mean lots of scenes completely cut out, in some series, almost half of the movie has been cut out. I know this because on the RAKUTEN VIKI APP the same series is longer and complete without scenes missing like on your app. = VIP YEARLY CUSTOMER.

Translations (English)

I love this app. I pay premium, worth it. The reason it’s worth it is because I love watching shows. One thing that can ruin a show is obviously subtitle translations, especially if the shows are in a different language. If they do not make sense it’s not an enjoyable experience. The show gets confusing and becomes a hassle to watch. I think there needs to be a re-assessment on subtle quality. Viki’s subtitle system is very accurate and efficient but the app doesn’t have as wide a range of the genres I like, which is why I have IQIYI. I’m writing this review not to criticise but so that the experience on this app is improved. I hope that the quality becomes better and that this app continues to be one of my favourite streaming services.
